Feeding Sustainable Economies
We prepare our food from scratch with Brundo Spices and source a portion of our seasonal produce from Mandela Produce Distribution. Brundo ensures that farmers and growers in Ethiopia have access to land and resources to grow heirloom spices and herbs. The traditional processing plant in Modjo employs 85% women in equitable jobs. Mandela Produce works with small Bay Area farms to build economic power for a more equitable and resilient food system.
Our bar menu features local Black owned wines and African owned distilleries.
We work with Mandela Partners, offering internships through their culinary training program for folks facing barriers to employment.
When you feed your guests Cafe Colucci - you're also feeding more equitable local and global economies.
